Villa Mandola holds prime position at the far end of a lane and has stunning views of the Ionian sea and countryside.
Throughout it is a bright, light and well proportioned living space, with more than enough elbow room for twice the number of people in which it accommodates.
The kitchen occupies the ‘short’ end of an L shaped open-plan living room, an island unit separates it from the dining and sitting areas.
This well organised work space is suitably equipped for holiday catering with a large fridge freezer, ceramic hob with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a guest WC on the ground floor with a washing machine.
The first floor comprises of three en-suite bedrooms with vaulted wood ceilings and a balcony to take in the those breath-taking views.
From the classically furnished living and dining areas French doors open onto the stone paved terrace which surrounds the 8m x 4m pool.
The terrace is furnished for outside living with sunbeds, tables and chairs and a rattan sofa and easy chairs.
When dining alfresco, the purpose built barbecue is close by at the front of the villa.
The village of Magganos is 1.7km away where you will find tavernas and two excellent mini markets.
Located at the edge of the tiny village of Tzamarelata in Northern Kefalonia, the picturesque harbour of Fiskardo is approximately 15 minutes by car and Foki beach is approximately a 10 minute drive.
On the coast below the villa, via a winding route, the tiny beach of Alaties is a delightful spot for sun bathing.
There is a taverna on the rocks just above the beach where you can enjoy ‘the best’ sunset views. It does get very busy so to avoid disappointment we recommend you reserve a table well in advance.
